Jensen, 70, while visiting family in Des Moines, died Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday October 23, 2015 at Iles Dunn's Chapel where a Celebration of Armand's life will begin at 11 am. A.J. was born August 11, 1945 in Fort Dodge to Miles and Millie (Bennett) Jensen. He received his undergrad and MBA from Maryville University and moved to Des Moines to begin his career. A.J. was co-founder of All State Industries. He was associated with the company until his retirement in 2008 when he and his wife Jacqueline (the love of his life), moved to Naples, FL. An outdoorsman, A.J. loved the game of golf and was an avid hunter. His bird dogs Jake and Shadow were an important part of his life. A.J. belonged to Quail Creek Country Club in Naples and was a former member of the Associates Breakfast Club. Survivors include his beloved wife, Jacqueline; step-sons: Nathan J. Sohn of Des Moines, Jeremy J. Sohn of West Des Moines; his standard Poodle, Abby; brothers: Robert Jensen of Nashville, TN, Ron (Lynn) Jensen of West Des Moines, Darrel (Cheri) Jensen of Altoona; eleven nieces and nephews.
