He was baptized and confirmed at the Lutheran church in Oelwein. . Mr. Lenius is survived by his wife; one son, Howard of Oelwein; one brother Theodore of Westgate; three sisters, Mrs. Mathilda Brosseau of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Gertrude Bertom and Mrs. Ella Beem of Waterloo; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. . Prayer service will be held at the People's Funeral Home in Independence at 1:30 Wednesday preceding the funeral services at the church.
