Description	:	Arthur Junior "Sonny" Kimbrough, 84, of West Point, IA passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 at 5:25 AM at his home. He was born on August 20, 1931 in Ft. Madison, IA the son of Arthur Francis and Gladys Maneely Kimbrough DeVol. He married Renate E. Faeth on August 21, 1954 in Pirmasens, Germany and they lived in the Fort Madison area all of his life. Read More	Arthur Junior "Sonny" Kimbrough, 84, of West Point, IA passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 at 5:25 AM at his home. He was born on August 20, 1931 in Ft. Madison, IA the son of Arthur Francis and Gladys Maneely Kimbrough DeVol. He married Renate E. Faeth on August 21, 1954 in Pirmasens, Germany and they lived in the Fort Madison area all of his life. Art was of the Protestant faith and served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, music and most of all spending time with his beloved family. He worked for United Technologies Association, known as Shellor Globe Corporation, retiring in 1993 with thirty years of service. Survivors include his wife, Renate of West Point; his son, John A. Kimbrough of Moab, UT; his daughter, Janet S. Kimbrough Burch of Ft. Madison; his grandson and best bud, Joshua S. (Christy) Burch of Ft. Madison; his granddaughter, Reagan A. Burch of Ft. Madison and a great granddaughter, Jordyn S. Burch also of Ft. Madison. He was preceded in death by his parents. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, December 28, 2015 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Reverend Bill Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Soldiers' Circle, Oakland Cemetery with military rites provided by the Ft. Madison Veterans Honor Guard. A memorial has been established for PAW Animal Shelter and online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com
