He later moved to Manhattan where he grew up and resided until his move to Evergreen HealthCare in Livingston, Montana, where he passed to his eternal home on March 3, 2009. Read More	Arthur Lynn Yadon was born March 23, 1926, on Horse Creek Road in Wilsall, Montana to Clarence and Ina (née Middleton) Yadon. He later moved to Manhattan where he grew up and resided until his move to Evergreen HealthCare in Livingston, Montana, where he passed to his eternal home on March 3, 2009. He served in the Army for a short time, leaving with an honorable discharge. Art married Wilma Droge in October 1945, and they had five children together, Shari, Denise, Daryl, Kevin and Lisa, all of whom he cherished. He managed the Circle H Hereford Ranch and sold Blue Ribbon Groceries. Art farmed the ground in the Clarkston area and around Manhattan until 1970 when he started Big Horn Outfitters which was his dream for many years. He had a passion for hunting and completed a Grand Slam of North American Wild Sheep as well as many other record-book trophies. His hunting camps across Montana produced many trophies for his hunters. He served on the Montana Outfitter Board and the outfitter board with FNAWS. He loved to hunt and fish and passed that legacy on to his kids. There was not one of his children who did not know how to bait their own hook or dress out a deer. He married Tracy Peterson in February 1990, and they operated Big Horn Outfitters and completed the Chief Joseph Trail Ride in 1991. Art loved anything to do with horses, and spending time on a horse was a true pleasure to him. He enjoyed teaching his kids to saddle and ride. He intrigued people of all ages with his storytelling. He loved to yodel, play the harmonica and violin. He loved music and in the end the old hymns soothed his soul. After his move to Evergreen, he rarely left his room without his cowboy hat, so consequently he received the name "Cowboy" by all those who loved him there. He spent his last five years there and these people became his family. We thank you all for making him special to you. Art's greatest accomplishment in life was finding his way back to Christ after going to Evergreen. Now he is finding joy in his eternal kingdom and is hoping to be reunited with all of you someday. Art is survived by his wife, Tracy Yadon of Manhattan; daughter, Denise (Keith) Hassel of Arizona; son, Kevin (Sue) Yadon of Arizona; daughter, Lisa (Norris) Phelan of Livingston; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Clara) Yadon of Bozeman; sister, Joyce (Gil) Cox of Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Wilma; infant son, Bruce; daughter, Daryl; daughter, Shari; brother, Clarence; and sister, Mary Katherine.
