Description	:	Arthur Larson, 77, of Bagley, MN, formerly of Grand Forks, ND, died on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at the Clearwater County Memorial Hospital in Bagley. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bagley with Rev. Dave Super officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 5-8 PM with a prayer service at 7: 00 PM at the church. Interment of cremains will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Grand Forks. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements. Art was born June 24, 1933 in Oslo, Minnesota, the son Andrew and Emma Larson. He was raised in Oslo and attended school there. He married Donna (Em) Suedel on February 2, 1953 in Grand Forks. He worked as a supervisor at Eddy's Bakery and Sweetheart for 43 years in Grand Forks, Pocatello, Idaho, and Minot, ND. Art also worked for the ND State Flour Mill in Grand Forks. He moved to the Twin Cities and worked for Manor Homes in Edina until retiring in 2003 and moving to Bemidji. The Larsons were currently living south of Bagley to be close to their daughter- Suzen and her husband, Dave Pixler. Art loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family. He was an avid Twins fan and liked to watch the Vikings. Survivors include- His wife- Donna (Em) of Bagley Daughters- Suzen (Dave) Pixler of Bagley, MN Patty Harrell of Atwater, CA Sons- Art (Karen) Larson in Florida Grandchildren- Danny and Scott Larson, Robin Harrell, Ashley (Jim) Gurden, Richard (Savina) Thompson, Donald (Jennifer) Thompson, Heather Pixler Great Grandchildren- Skylar, Collin, Monica, Niklas, and Jillian Brother-in-laws- Conrad Sersland of Grand Forks Don Moore Sr. of Minneapolis Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister- Jeanette, sons- Kenny and Andy Larson, and daughter, Shirley Larson. (Cease Family Funeral Home)
