Arza and Mahala are believed to have had nine children: Laura Bell Goldsberry, born in March 1850 in Muscatine County, Iowa, and married William Henry Armstrong; Francis M. Goldsberry, born in May 1852 in Iowa, and married twice; Emeline A. Goldsberry, born about 1852 in Iowa; George O. Goldsberry, born 2 September 185_ at Monmouth, Jackson County, Iowa, and married Cornelia Sophia Jenkins; Martha Alice Goldsberry, born about 1859 in Iowa; Abraham L. Goldsberry, born about 1860 in Iowa, and married Lena Della Jenkins; Mary H. (or N.) Goldsberry, born about 1863 in Iowa; Arza B. Goldsberry, born in 1866 in Iowa, and married Mary ____________; and, William Sherman Goldsberry, born about 1868 in Iowa. Arza Brown Goldsberry and his family appear in the 1850 and 1860 Federal Censuses for Muscatine, Muscatine County, Iowa, but by September 1863 they had moved to Maquoketa, Jackson County, Iowa. They also appear in the 1870 Federal Census for Red Rock, Red Rock Township, Marion County, Iowa, and in the 1880 Federal Census for the First Ward of Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. Subsequently they moved to Nebraska. Arza Brown Goldsberry died 31 August 1908 at Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, and he is buried in Wyuka Cemetery at Nebraska City, Nebraska.
