Description	:	Aubrey 'Dale' Francis, 80, of California, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Valley Park West Retirement Living with his family at his side. He was born on September 01, 1937 in California, Missouri to Wardley and Maude (Senior) Francis, both of whom preceded him in death. Dale attended Norman School and went to work on the family farm at an early age due to his father’s health. Read More	Aubrey 'Dale' Francis, 80, of California, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Valley Park West Retirement Living with his family at his side. He was born on September 01, 1937 in California, Missouri to Wardley and Maude (Senior) Francis, both of whom preceded him in death. Dale attended Norman School and went to work on the family farm at an early age due to his father’s health. Along with farming, Dale was a truck driver for Scheriff Truck Lines, SKX and retired from Beaufort Transfer Company in 1999. On April 15, 1967 he married Wanda Faye Henson who preceded him in death. He was a member of the Teamsters Union, California Eagles 4027 FOE, Goodtime Campers, Moniteau County Sportsman Club and Friendship Baptist Church. Dale enjoyed farming, family and friends and loved spending time with his grandkids. Along with his parents and wife, Dale was preceded in death by: three sisters, Marion Jenkins, Norma Jean Oesterly and Gloria Crawford; one brother, John Francis; one niece, Janet Francis; three brother-in-laws, Harold Jenkins, Gail Oesterly and Allen Crawford and one grandson, Russell Trivitt. Dale was the devoted father of Debbie Williams, Clarksburg, Pam Hodges (Dean), California, Vicki Propst (Bob), Jefferson City, Gene Trivitt (Pam), Russellville, and Patty Stinson (Dean), Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by one sister, Viola Papen (T.L.), High Point, one brother-in-law Stanley Henson, Sr. (Donna), Russellville and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service on Wednesday, November 01, 2017 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 02, 2017 at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service with Dr. David Tollilver officiating. Interment will be at California City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Valley Park West Retirement Living -Activities Fund 678 Windmill Ridge Drive, California, MO 65018.
