LUDWIG BROCKMILLER – Audra Annie, daughter of Frank Roth and his wife, Stella, nee Voelker, was born Sept. 11, 1915 at St. Mary's, Mo. In early youth she was baptized into the holy Christian faith at the Presbyterian Church. Audra received her elementary schooling in Ste. Genevieve. As a young woman she found employment at the Trimfoot Shoe Factory of Farmington. October 19th, 1948 she entered the estate of holy wedlock with Ludwig Brockmiller of Farmington. They made their home in the Farmington community. Their union was blessed with two children: William and Anna Louise. March 13, 1949 Audra was received into communicant membership with St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Farmington, the Rev. E. C. Pardleck officiating. She continued a member of this church for the remainder of her earthly life. Sunday morning, April 4th, at 10:00 o'clock, the departed suffered severe injuries in a car accident at the intersection of Hwy. 50 and 63 east of Jefferson City. She was taken to the Charles E. Still Hospital in Jefferson City, where she was given the best possible care. Her earthly end came quite unexpectedly Tuesday morning, April 13th [1971] at 10:00 o'clock, having reached the age of 55 years, seven months, and two days. She leaves to mourn her untimely departure: her husband, Ludwig Brockmiller of the home; a son, William, of Columbia; a daughter, Anna Louise, Mrs. Ronald Garner, of Farmington; one grandchild, Jennifer Ann Garner; two brothers: Virgil Roth of Watseka, Illinois and the Rev. Orville Roth of Peoria, Illinois; four sisters: Lelia, Mrs. Robert Brown, of Pittsburg, Pa.; Velda, Mrs. Wm. Henderson of Detroit, Michigan; Rita, Mrs. Kermit Day of Lansing, Mich.; and Miss Linda Lee Roth of Doe Run; and many other relatives and friends. Three borthers: Wilford, Lilburn, and Harvey, preceded her into eternity. Christian funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 15th, at 1"15 from The Miller Funeral Home and at 1:30 at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Farmington, the pastor B. J. Loesel officiating. Mrs. Earl Meyer, accompanied by Mrs. Mary Glessing on the organ, will sing: "Asleep in Jesus, Blessed Sleep" and "I'm But A Stranger Here." Committal will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Farmington. **********************
