Description	:	Waterville – Mrs. Augusta Stevens, 73-year old widow of Clair Stevens, died Tuesday afternoon, May 9, 1961, on the Sidney Road in this city, where she had resided for the past four years. A Pittsfield native, she was born August 15, 1887, daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Caton) Burton. She formerly was associated with the Thorndike farm bureau, was a past noble grand and a past district deputy in the Rebekah organization, a member of Favori Rebekah Lodge in Unity and Harvest Moon Grange in Thorndike. Read More	Waterville – Mrs. Augusta Stevens, 73-year old widow of Clair Stevens, died Tuesday afternoon, May 9, 1961, on the Sidney Road in this city, where she had resided for the past four years. She formerly was associated with the Thorndike farm bureau, was a past noble grand and a past district deputy in the Rebekah organization, a member of Favori Rebekah Lodge in Unity and Harvest Moon Grange in Thorndike. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Marie Briggs of Freedom; a sister Mrs. Grace Long of Freeport; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Vida Stevens of Unity; and a nephew, Burton Long of Portland, Services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Thorndike Village Church with the Rev. John Hawkins of Waterville officiating. Interment will be made in the family lot at Farwell Cemetery in Unity.
