Description	:	Death of Augusta Will Augusta Wilhama Walter Will was born in Fansburg, Germany, Feb. 23, 1839. She was united in marriage to John F. Will on April 5, 1867. They came to the U. S., and landed at New York on Oct. 14, 1870 making their first home at Wanatah, Ind., 5 years later moving to Starke County, where they settled on a farm north of San Pierre, and here the deceased resided until death called her Beyond. To this union were born ten children, two of whom preceded her in death at an... Read More	Death of Augusta Will Augusta Wilhama Walter Will was born in Fansburg, Germany, Feb. 23, 1839. She was united in marriage to John F. Will on April 5, 1867. They came to the U. S., and landed at New York on Oct. 14, 1870 making their first home at Wanatah, Ind., 5 years later moving to Starke County, where they settled on a farm north of San Pierre, and here the deceased resided until death called her Beyond. To this union were born ten children, two of whom preceded her in death at an early age. She died at her home on Dec. 13, 1923, at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 20 days. She leaves to mourn her passing her devoted husband, John F. Will, 4 sons and 4 daughters--Mrs. Matilda Hankey, No. Judson; Alfred Will, Hammond; Herman Will, Griffith; Mrs. Augusta Gust, LaPorte; Ewalt Will, No. Judson; Miss Ottilie Will, at home; Gustave Will, Palatine, Ill.; Mrs. Amelia Hoppe, No Judson. One brother has preceded her in death and another brother resides in Germany, but it is not certain whether he is living or not. Also left to mourn are 24 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Although suffering for many years, the end was peaceful and without pain. She was a true, faithful Christian and a loving mother and wife. It was a bitter message, a shock severe, To part with her, we loved so dear. God took her Home. It was His will, But in our hearts she liveth still. Dearest mother, how we miss you, No one here can ever tell, But the Saviour loved you best, dear. And took you Home with Him to dwell. Published in the North Judson News (North Judson, IN), on Thursday, December 20, 1923, pg. 1.
