She had lived in Lakeside for the past thirty years. Born in Kankakee, Ill., July 6, 1869, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. DeSire Lambert. She was married in 1887 in Stevensville to Louis DeMorrow who died in 1936. Surviving are two sons, Clyde of Michigan City and Lloyd of Route 1, Three Oaks, three daughters. Mrs. Ralph Brown, Mrs. Frea Covert and Mrs. Rolland Robinson, all of Lakeside; 31 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary LaBreque, Chicago, and one brother, Arthur Lambert, Muskegon. One son, Ed, died in 1944. The Rosary was recited at the Connelly funeral home Tuesday and services were held at St. Agnes church, Sawyer, Wednesday at 10 a.m.. Rev. Fr. Philip Cook officiating. Pallbearers were Mrs. DeMorrow's grandsons. Interment was in Lakeside cemetery.” From The Galien River Gazette, October 13, 1949
