Burial will be in Newark Memorial Gardens. Mr. Summers died Friday afternoon in Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 25, 1898, in Gore, to the late Melvin Summers and Elizabeth (Burgess) Summers. He was a bricklayer. His first wife, Opal (English) Summers, died in 1962. He is survived by his second wife, Hazel (Armentrout) Summers; one sister, Mrs. Esther Carpenter of Logan; and nieces and nephews.... Read More	Services for Avard D.
