Bobbie is... Read More	Barbara "Bobbie" Anne Skinner, 82, daughter of Margaret Blake and John LeRoy Skinner, died Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Westminster Suncoast in St. Petersburg, Fla. Mrs. Skinner was born in Georgetown, SC. She was a graduate of Winyah High School. She married her high school sweetheart, James (Billy) W. Skinner, III, and relocated to Tampa, FL. She has two sons and after raising her family, she pursued a career in the real estate business and was active in many community organizations. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tampa. Bobbie is survived by her son James W. Skinner, IV, and his wife Teri Boynton Skinner, her son Terry G. Skinner and his wife Christine Sivik Skinner; her grandchildren Baily Skinner, Jamie Skinner, Anne Skinner, Philip Skinner and Katie Skinner; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home Friday evening, October 27, 2017, from five until seven. Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Saturday morning, October 28, 2017, at Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church in Georgetown.
