Description	:	Barbara Eileen (Nemmers) Baack, 82, of Le Mars, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at her home in Le Mars surrounded by her loved ones. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 at All Saints Catholic Parish - St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. Father Matthew Solyntjes will celebrate Mass. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be after 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2017 at St. Joseph Church. There will be a Parish Rosary at 5:30 p.m.... Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 at All Saints Catholic Parish - St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. Father Matthew Solyntjes will celebrate Mass. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be after 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2017 at St. Joseph Church. There will be a Parish Rosary at 5:30 p.m. and a Scriptural Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., all at the church. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Hospice of Siouxland. Barbara Eileen Nemmers was born on November 15th, 1934, in Le Mars, Iowa to Leo and Lucille Nemmers. She graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic School on June 1st, 1952. Soon after she began to work at the Le Mars Clinic. Barb also worked for Floyd Valley Hospital for 22 years where she made many friends throughout the community. She was united in marriage to William Raymond Baack on June 9th, 1955. Barb was blessed with seven children; Jeff, Julie, Mary, Kathie, Joe, Gary, and Greg who were the light of her life. She enjoyed traveling with her three sisters and brother, cooking, baking, and gardening. Her hobbies also included playing Bridge with friends and family, bowling, golfing, and spending time outdoors. After retiring from Floyd Valley Hospital she loved spending time with her grandchildren, attending many of their extracurricular events and never missed a birthday. Barb supported everyone around her and made them feel loved and appreciated. She was a lifelong member of All Saints Parish- St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Barb is survived by her seven children, twenty grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Jeff (Shara) Baack of Medford, OR and their children Jesse, Jennifer and Covey; Julie (Roger) Guntren of Le Mars, IA and their children Jamie and Jill; Mary Redman of Sioux Falls, and her children Ryan, Laura, Caitlyn, and Jordan; Kathie (Bill) Shea of Beverly, MA and their children Parker, Kellie, and Josh; Joe (Kim) Baack of Evergreen , CO and their children Tyler, Bria, and Raina; Gary (Kori) Baack of Overland Park, KS and their children Riley and Samarah; Greg (Traci) Baack of Bellevue, NE and their children MacKenzie, Alivia, and Grant; her three sisters, Mary Lou Mayrose, Marjorie Livermore, and Betty Shea; in-laws, Jane (Len) Rhode of Sheldon, IA, Mary Pedersen of Des Moines, IA, and Ron Baack of Des Moines, IA. She was preceded in death by her husband William Baack; her parents Leo and Lucille Nemmers; in-laws Raymond and Olivia Baack; and family members Sonny and Marcella Nemmers, Ray Baack, Ken Baack, Rex Redman, Steve Shea, and Jude Zeliff.
