Description	:	Barbara Leona "Mama" (Latham) Callahan, 93, of Spartanburg, died Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born May 22, 1920, in Kings Mountain, NC, she was the daughter of the late Walter H. and Lillie Mae (Jackson) Latham. Mrs. Callahan was a very active member of Fairview Freewill Baptist Church, secretary of the Ladies Sunday School Class, coordinator of Young at Heart, and a member of Eastern Star. She was formerly employed with Butte Knit and Clifton Manufacturing Company. Survivors include her daughters, Brenda Daniel and Sandra Littlejohn, both of Spartanburg, SC; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; and special... Visitation was 2:30-3:15 PM on Friday, December 6, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services followed at 3:30 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Tim Hackett. Burial was in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
