Survivors: her husband; sons Jerry Sands of Hedrick and Bob Sands of Unionville, Mo.; daughter Janet Davis of Mesa, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; step-daughters Roberta Jones of Morgan City, La., and Virginia Meier of Overland Park, Kan.; stepson Junior Moore of Ottumwa; eight stepgrandcihldren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren. Service: 1:30 p.m. Friday at her church, the Rev. Vernon Merkey officiating. Burial: Shaul Cemetery. The family will be at Reece Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Memorial: her church. “Moore services,” From “Ottumwa Courier,” July 29, 1982: Pallbearers for Beatrice “Bea” A. Moore, who died July 27, will be Joe Davis, Jack Carr, Ernest Dicks, Marion Moffit, Robert Grogan and Gary Blizzard. The casket will remain at Reece Funeral Home until 10 a.m. Friday when it will be taken to the Church of the Brethren.
