She is the daughter of Henry and Ruth Folsom and oldest sister of Ted Folsom, Jean Jacobsen (deceased), Jack Folsom, Kelly Folsom, Terry Folsom, and Marilyn Moline. She dearly loved her husband and family and was a devoted friend. Bea was a student and teacher for most of her life. She taught in places as diverse as Bangladesh, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea, Maine, and Calgary, Alberta as well as the University of Lethbridge. Bea was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in many capacities within that organization. We are grateful for the many friends and family members who, with gifts of food and loving service, helped make Bea's last months less stressful. We also extend great appreciation to the medical professionals who loved and cared for Bea. The celebration of Bea's life will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, LETHBRIDGE STAKE CENTRE, 2410-28 Street South, Lethbridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chinook Regional Hospital, 960-19 Street South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 1W5.
