She was predeceased by her husband, Melbourne Cecil Lowe; son, Karl; brother, Gordon “Bud” Veinot. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, August 23 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 route 10, New Germany and where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Catherine Robar officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery, North River. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Rosedale Home for Special Care, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or charity of choice.
