Survivors include his wife, Connie Burgess Bell, of Christiansburg; daughter, Tammy Sue Bell, of Christiansburg; two grandchildren, David Lucas Reece and Lindsay Nicole Reece, both of Christiansburg; three sisters and brother-inlaw, Ileta Scott, of Salem, Linda Palmer, of Christiansburg, and Barbara and Rocco Capozzi, of Christiansburg; and several nieces and nephews.
