Description	:	Berdella Vaughn Seavers, age 58, a resident of Oliver Springs, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Fort Sanders Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. Mrs. Seavers was born March 11, 1949, in Martin, Ky. She moved to Tennessee in 1960 at the age of 11. Mrs. Seavers worked at the K-25 plant as a computer programmer for 18 years. She was a member of the Family Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ershel and Mellie Mullins Vaughn. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Eddie Thomas Seavers, of Oliver Springs; by brother, Dink Vaughn and his wife, Karen, of Oliver Springs; by a sister, Brenda Carroll and her husband, Bobby, of Harriman; by a niece, Tracy Tice and her husband, Eric, of Nashville; and three nephews, Jason Hendrickson and his wife, Misty, of Johnson City, and Justin and Jordon Vaughn of Oliver Springs. She is also survived by one great-niece, three great-nephews, and a special friend, Evelyn Hillard of Strawberry Plains. The family received friends Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. at Sharp Funeral Home. Funeral services followed in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Barbara Price officiating. Burial and graveside services will be held Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Anderson Memorial Gardens. Sharp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
