Frank was born September 18, 1938 at Broadwater, Nebraska, the son of William Edward (Ed) and Doris (Anderson)Miller.On July 20, 1964 he was united in marriage to Elena (Ellie) K. Beckman and one daughter Andrea (Andi) was born to this union.After spending most of his time growing up in western Colorado, he returned to Lisco and graduated from the Garden County High School in Oshkosh in 1956. He was an Air Force veteran and served two years of his enlistment overseas.He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He served as a volunteer fireman, a softball coach, and a math tutor while living in Hershey, Nebraska. He also studied electronics at Mid-Plains Voc-Tech in North Platte, Nebraska. He was a retired train dispatcher for the Union Pacific Railroad. In his retirement, he moved to Buffalo, Missouri. In his earlier years, he attended the Lisco Presbyterian Church and later the Buffalo United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife Elena of Buffalo, MO; his daughter Andrea (Andi) of Springfield, MO; five brothers: Ted of Centennial, CO, John of Grand Junction, CO, Rich of Alliance, NE, Wayne of Mitchell, NE and Tom of Fox Island, WA; and three sisters: Patsey Douglas of Martinsburg, MO, Doris Madison of Denver, CO and Janet Reeder of Auburn, WA.He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: William Edward, Jr.,Raymond, Bob and Chuck; a sister, Evelyn Loose; and his uncle Clarence (Andy) and aunt Leona Anderson whom he lived with after his mother's death.
