Description	:	Funeral services for Mrs. Louis Glass were held Saturday morning in St. Mary's Cathedral in Grand Island. Mrs. Louis Glass, of Grand Island, a former resident of Wolbach, passed away at a Grand Island hospital early Wednesdy morning of last week. She had been seriously ill since December 10 when she suffered a circulatory stroke. Mrs. Louis Glass, of Grand Island, a former resident of Wolbach, passed away at a Grand Island hospital early Wednesdy morning of last week. She had been seriously ill since December 10 when she suffered a circulatory stroke. Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning at the St. Mary's Cathedral in Grand Island and burial was in the Elmwood cemetery at St. Paul. Mrs. Glass was born February 10, 1880 at Autoban (sic), Iowa, to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brown. When she was seven years old, the family moved to Omaha. Later, they went to a farm near Cushing, where Mrs. Glass completed her schooling and grew to young womanhood. She and Louis Glass were married at St. Paul on December 5, 1896. they resided at Cushing for four years, then moved to Wolbach, where the family home was for many years. In 1933 Mr. and Mrs. Glass moved to Grand Island to establish their home. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Joe Glass of Sacramento, California; Harold Glass, Jerome, Idaho and George Glass, Grand Island; three daughters, Mrs. John Funkner, Sacramento, California; Mrs. Ruth Everton, Aberdeen, Washington and Mrs. Harold Ross, Couer'd'lene, Idaho; one sister, Mrs. Maggie Wisser, St. Paul; 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
