Hoskinson, 70, of Moravia, Iowa, formerly of Wayne, died July 18 at the home of a sister, Mrs. Frank Swaim, of Moravia after an illness of about two years. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the United Brethren Church in Moravia with Rev. Luther Childs of Centerville, Iowa, officiating. Hoskinson, 70, of Moravia, Iowa, formerly of Wayne, died July 18 at the home of a sister, Mrs. Frank Swaim, of Moravia after an illness of about two years. Burial followed Sunday afternoon at Moravia cemetery. Bertha Ellen Mounts, daughter of Marion and America Mounts, was born in Davis county, Iowa, August 22, 1876. She was married February 6, 1897, to Albert M. Hoskinson. To this union were born five children, three of whom preceded Mrs. Hoskinson in death. Surviving Mrs. Hoskinson are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. R. H. Banister of Wayne, and Mrs. B. H. Nunemaker of Sioux City, four grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Stella Johnson of Blakesburn, Iowa, and Mrs. Pearl Swaim of Moravia, and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Banister left Friday with Mrs. Nunemaker and family of Sioux City, for Moravia to attend funeral rites. The women had been there often during their mother's illness. They returned Monday, A. M.
