Ranson died at her home at 6:45 a.m. today. She had suffered from a heart condition several years. The daughter of Charles and Bessie Norris Sriver, she was born in Kosciusko County, Ind, on Sept. 9, 1906. A resident of Ottumwa since 1925, she was a member of Finley Avenue Baptist Church. She married Orville G. Lynch on Oct. 1927 [sic] at Lancaster, Mo. He survives. Also surviving are one son, Charles E. Lynch of Ottumwa; two daughters, Patricia Eide of Ottumwa and Pearl Farquhar of Cedar Rapids; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; her stepmother, Marie Ballard of Ottumwa; three brothers, Ernest Sriver of South Bend, Ind., and Francis and Charles Sriver, both of Ottumwa; and two sisters, Rosetta Dreher of Baton Route, La., and Dorothy Krizer in Alaska. She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. --------------- The body is at Johnson Funeral Chapel awaiting completion of funeral arrangements. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harley McClure, Wilmer Plowman, John H. Smith, Charles Otstott, Dwaine Sweeney, and Irvin Palmer.
