Graham age twenty five years, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Barton Simmons passed away at three o'clock this morning at the home of her parents on South White St. Mr. Simmons is the cartaker of Saunders Grove. The cause of her death was tuberculosis of the lungs from which disease she had been suffering for over a year. She was taken seriously ill last fall and after struggling for her health for ten weeks at home entered the Henry Count Memorial hospital for medical treatment and seemed to better. Then she when to Galesburg to live and while there again became worse. She was brought back here and plans were being made to go to Colorado for her health when Monday she suddenly became weaker altho she never gave up the desire to live and the belief that she was going to get well. Besides her husband who was with her when she passed away she leaves a little six year old daughter, Faye, her father and mother, three sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Anderson of Galesburg, Mrs. Vina Barry of Burlington, Miss Ethel Simmons of this city and three brothers, Barton, west of this city, Walter who works for Brown's meat market and Ralph also of this city. The funeral arrangements have not been completed yet.
