In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Kent Rice, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 12th in the chapel at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home with a private burial to follow in the Rice Family Cemetery. The Reverend Billy Wilkins will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service. Online condolences may be shared at www.wclfh.com.
