Description	:	Bette A. Bloomquist, 83, of Agency, died at 7:35 a.m. May 16, 2009, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. She was born Feb. 11, 1926, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, to William Henry and Orianna Prather Granby. She married Earl L. Bloomquist April 2, 1947, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Surviving are three daughters, Tina (Rick) McKim of Agency, Joyce (Bob Greeley) Carmichael of Morrison, Ill., and Sharon (Garry) Jobe of Eddyville; five grandchildren, Jason McKim, Tim Carmichael, Gavin and John Jobe and Traci Voyles; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosemary Long of Reynolds, Ill.; and a brother, Jon (Marian) Granby of Madras, Ore. She was preceded in death by three grandsons, Wayne McKim, Samuel and Steven Jobe; one brother, Bill Granby; three sisters, Juanita Smith, Evelyn Pastuch and Annie Covert.
