Her parents were Josie and Bill Roberts. She moved to Billings and graduated from Billings High School in 1936. She married Alfred L. (PeeWee) Weber in 1938 and moved to Helena in the fall of 1939. Her parents were Josie and Bill Roberts. She moved to Billings and graduated from Billings High School in 1936. She married Alfred L. (PeeWee) Weber in 1938 and moved to Helena in the fall of 1939. PeeWee was a very popular musician in Helena, and formed a group known as "The Three Keyboards." Betty worked for Drs. Burgess, Bossler and Little for 20 years until her retirement in 1978. Betty was very active in a singing group formed by PeeWee in the late '50s called "The Last Chance Gulch Serenaders," and performed in many venues in Helena and around the state. Betty was an avid golfer and in 1961 was the first woman to score a hole-in-one at Bill Roberts Golf Course (which was built by her father and named after him). She was a member of the Bill Roberts Golf Course, the Green Meadow Country Club, Order of Eastern Star, Josephine Hepner Chapter, and St. John's Lutheran Church. Never one to be idle, Betty took up tap-dancing in her 70s and performed publicly with Blanche Judge's dance troupe. She was quite celebrated for her rendition of "Secondhand Rose." On July 17, 1993, Betty married Lloyd E. Lamb Sr. Betty and Lloyd built a second home at Seeley Lake and enjoyed many visits there year-round. They loved to dance, and three of their favorite spots were the Big Fork Inn in Big Fork and the Elks Clubs in Helena and Anaconda. They made a number of car trips to Jackpot, Nev., South Bend, Ind., and San Mateo, Calif., and also enjoyed traveling in Montana. Betty is survived by her husband, Lloyd E. Lamb Sr.; her daughters, Judy Spiro and Joann Naify; her sons-in-law Stephen Spiro and Jack Naify; her stepsons Art Lamb, Tony Lamb and his wife, Therese, Lloyd Earl Lamb and his wife, Mary; and her grandchildren, Veronica Ruggiero, John Lamb and Minnie Lamb; niece, Fran Walkowiak and her husband, Ray; nephew, Frank Lamb; "adopted" nieces, Nancy Fuller and Sally Gray; and her beloved terrier, Lucky. Memorials in Betty's name may be sent to the PeeWee Weber Music Scholarship fund, c/o Angie Skjervem, Helena Kiwanis Club, P. O. Box 4178, Helena, MT 59604; and the Lewis and Clark Humane Society, P. O. Box 4455, Helena, MT 59604. Chapel services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, at Hagler Anderson Chapel, with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
