Burial will be in the Peoples Cemetery at Woodward. Betty Ann Morman was born on December 31, 1949, at Des Moines, Iowa to Gene and Darlene (nee Meier) Volz. She graduated from the Perry High School with the class of 1968 and then went to Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa where she earned her registered nurse degree. She was united in marriage to Art Morman at Trinity Lutheran Church in Perry on February 13, 1971. She worked at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines and the Woodward Care Center in Woodward. She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church, Bouton. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cats, dogs, horses, fishing, supporting veterans' organizations, hanging out with family. In death she rejoins her husband Art Morman, Mother Darlene, sister Crystal Goodale, brother-in-law Roger Good, and an aunt Jeraldine Meier. Left to cherish Betty's memory are her father Gene Volz, of Perry, son Russell (Becky) Morman, of Perry, siblings, Marla Good, of Bouton, and Doug (Rhonda) Volz, of Bouton, nieces and nephews, Ellyse, Isaac (Melissa), and Alison (Phil), and great nephews, Hudson and Vic.
