Description	:	Mrs. Betty C. Barnhill, age 80, wife of the late Windell Barnhill, died Monday, August 22, 2016 at Conway Medical Center following an illness. Mrs. Barnhill was born in Conway, a daughter of the late Ollie and Minnie Sessions Chestnut. She loved to read and work word and jigsaw puzzles. Mrs. Barnhill enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Wendell Chestnut and Marion Harold Chestnut and her sister, Miriam Martin. Surviving are: one son, Joe Windell Barnhill and his wife Terri; three daughters, Betty Cheryl Barnhill and husband Rick McCall, Karin Lynn Ward and husband Rhower, and Alicia Lynn Ratley and husband Lee; her grandchildren, Joseph, Daniel, Jordan, Christian, Steven, Racheal, Alex, and Brianna; her great granddaughter, Kelsey; and two sisters, Verna Preston and husband Jim and Anna Lee Causey and husband Joe. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. Burial will follow in Galivants Ferry Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Wednesday.
