Born June 1, 1932, in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Edna Frances Nair. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Reginal McClellan Rodeheaver; two brothers and three sisters. Betty was a homemaker. She enjoyed knitting and making afghans and blankets for her family. Lake Park, MD; one stepson, Robert Rodeheaver; one stepdaughter, Nancy Getz and husband, Sonny, Bayard, WV; seventeen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Dr., Oakland, MD, 21550, on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 7, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Matt Trezise officiating. Interment will be at Garrett County Memorial Gardens, Oakland.
