Betty is survived by her husband, Jon Nearhouse of Wabash; two daughters, Linda Pitcher of Indianapolis, and Jo Ann (Eric) Finnegan of Wabash; two grandchildren, Coty (Justin) Black of Peru, Indiana, and Jon Richey of Wabash; mother, Esther Riddle of Bellefontaine, Ohio; brothers and sisters, Joyce Wagoner, and Jeanetta Justice, both of Bellefontaine, Howard Riddle and Danny (Robbie) Riddle, both of Cullman, Alabama, Ernest (Rosalie) Riddle, Jr. of Onaway, Michigan, Tony (Vickie) Riddle of Sidney, Ohio, Rick (Debbie) Riddle of Warsaw, Indiana, Sue (Paul) McKenna of Phoenix, Arizona, and Wanda Tompson of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her father, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at Lincolnville United Methodist Church, 5848 East 500 South, Lincolnville on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Melissa Rice officiating. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery, Lincolnville. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash, and 1 hour prior to service, Thursday at the church. Preferred memorial is Wabash-Miami Home Healthcare and Hospice. The memorial guest book for Betty may be signed at www.grandstaff-hentgen.com.
