Description	:	Betty Joan Morris, age 73, of Adrian, passed away September 29, 2013, surrounded by her loving daughters and grandchildren. Betty was born July 1, 1940 in Clinton, IN, the daughter of Orville and Catherine (Johnson) Smith. She was a graduate of Montezuma Schools, class of 1958. On March 10,1958, she married the love of her life, Billy Joe Morris, who preceded her in death in 1995. Betty and Billy shared a wonderful marriage and raised four loving daughters. Betty is survived by her daughters, Joni (Doug) Hebler of Carson City NV, Becky (Billy) Seymoure and Jamie Dempsey of Adrian and Debra Hall of Carson City, NV; sister, Janet (Robert) Kratoska of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Andrea Niemi, Alissa Jo Seymoure, Angelina and Joey Hall, Jacob, Ashton and Allison Dempsey and Miriah Tompkins and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Billy, she was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Justin Hall. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service and interment of ashes will take place Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Oakland Cemetery, Montezuma, IN, handled by Brown Funeral Home of Montezuma.
