Betty was born February 18, 1943 at Holdrege, NE.,the youngest of three children born to William Albert and Jane L. (Frost) Kruback. Betty received her education from Holdrege (NE.) Public Schools. Read More	Betty Kay Stadler, 69 years of age, of Holdrege, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege, NE. Betty was born February 18, 1943 at Holdrege, NE.,the youngest of three children born to William Albert and Jane L. (Frost) Kruback. Betty received her education from Holdrege (NE.) Public Schools. On April 25, 1959 she was united in marriage to Dickie Lee "Dick" Stadler and to this union four children were born: Dora Jane, Brenda, Dickie Jr., and Danny. The family made their home in Holdrege, NE. where Betty split over thirty years of employment between Artistic Woven Labels, Bethphage Mission in Axtell, NE. and Becton-Dickinson prior to her retirement. On February 28, 1997 she was preceded in death by her husband, Dick. Betty was a past member of the Holdrege (NE.) Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. Betty enjoyed playing cards, especially canasta, she also enjoyed playing Bingo twice a week. After her health failed, she loved to keep in touch with people on Facebook. Betty loved watching TV, especially her favorite programs of Soap Operas and WWE Wrestling. She had a vast collection of Elvis memorabilia. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Besides her parents and husband, Dick, Betty was preceded in death by her infant brother, Charley Kruback; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Dora and Roy Stadler; two sisters-in-law: Idella Nelson and Karen Johnson and her husband, Glenn; and three brothers-in-law: Bill Skaggs and George and Roy Stadler. Betty leaves to mourn her passing: daughters: Dora Jane Wilbur and her special friend, Silvestre of Kearney, NE. and Brenda Bergstrom and her husband, David of Funk, NE.; sons: Dickie Stadler Jr. and his wife, Teresa of Axtell, NE. and Danny Stadler of Holdrege, NE.; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Skaggs of Hastings, NE.; brother-in-law, Dale Nelson of Holdrege, NE. and a host of relatives and friends. Interment was in the Prairie Home Cemetery, Holdrege, NE.
