Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; her son Larry Dean Knapp in 2006; her daughter, Peggy Alspach in 2008; her brothers and sisters, Charles Kent, Merle Kent, Floyd Kent, Gladys Murphy, Edwin Clare, Ora Jones, Alma Krumm, Nellie Norman and Leonard Kent. Those left to honor Beulah’s memory include her son-in-law, John Alspach; her seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchild. Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Newton Union Cemetery in Newton, Iowa.
