Read More	*Beverly Darlene (Phippen) Tague, 82, passed away August 17, 2014 in Guthrie Center, Iowa. She was born May 19, 1932 to Gilford Phippen and Monica (Corrigan*) Phippen at the family home in rural Casey, Iowa. She graduated from Guthrie Center High School in 1950. She was married to Norman Tague from 1951 to 1982. To this union 3 children were born, Gary (Rebecca) Tague, Winnebago, Illinois, Cindy (Clete) Steensen, Adair, Iowa and Kevin Tague, Mechanicsville, Virginia. She shared many happy years with her companion, Lowell… Simmons, who passed away in 2011. She enjoyed teaching dance and waltzing with Lowell, collecting antiques, playing bridge with friends, craft projects, travelling, golf and was a member of the Guthrie Center Women’s Club. She would like to be remembered as a role model to people with Crohn’s Disease. She lived life to the fullest despite her health challenges. Her greatest joy, however, came from spending time with family and friends. She leaves behind her children and grandchildren, Tara Tague, Nick (Kristine) Tague, Heather (Steve) Curry, Heidi (Adam) Kline, Ryan (Amber) Steensen, Troy (Leanne) Steensen, Kyle Tague, and Kristine Tague. Step-grandchildren, Mike (Amanda) Bohn, Jamie (Jim) Scott, and Josh (Kim) Soldin. Great grandchildren, Luke & Alex Curry, Gabe & Zach Kline, Kelsie & Gavin Steensen, Eden & Bradyn Steensen, Raven & Brennan Tague, Landon Tague, Cadin Bohn, Chance Brockway, Skylar, Ashton, Devin & Layne Kundo, Donovan, Dominic & Dino Soldin. Brothers, Wayne (Kay) Phippen, Larry (Geri) Phippen, sister, Florine Smith and many other close family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Tiffany Tague and sisters, Marge (Denny) Patterson and Arthella George, brother-in-law, Bob Smith, and her life companion, Lowell Simmons. Beverly lived 82 years, 2 months and 29 days.
