Description	:	Funeral services for Beverly Englehart, age 77 of the Meadow and Faith area, will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday afternoon, June 19, 2010 at the American Lutheran Church in Bison. Pastor Marjorie Hershey will officiate with burial in the Bison Cemetery. A family service will be held at 10:30am on Saturday morning, June 19, at the church in Bison. Beverly Elaine Larson was born to Rudolph and Hannah Larson at Mobridge, SD on December 4, 1932. She grew up on her parent's farm south of Bison and graduated from Bison High School. Following her graduation she attended Business College in Aberdeen, SD. Beverly then returned to Bison and worked in the Bison bank. She was united in marriage to Dean Englehart on March 23, 1953 in Rapid City, SD. To this union two boys were born Kelvin and Neal. Bev and Dean moved to Albuquerque, NM where Dean was stationed with USAF and later moved to Westover, MA. After Dean's honorable discharge in 1955 they moved back to the farm with her parents for a while before moving to a ranch in the Meadow and Faith areas. For the next 50 years they farmed, ranched, and raised their family. When Beverly's health began to fail they gave up the ranching and moved in with their sons for the last few years of her life. Beverly enjoyed cooking for her 3 boys and would invite anyone close to her home in for supper. Beverly left this earth to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at the West River Regional Medical Center in Hettinger. Surviving family members include her husband Dean, 2 sons, Kelvin and Neal, all of Faith, SD; one brother, Gary Larson, Bison, SD; one brother-in-law, Llewellyn (Karen) Englehart; six sisters-in-law, Ann Carter and Lucille Stoeser, Pierre, SD, Edith Kok and Faye Schell, Hettinger, ND, Phyllis (Arlo) Nash, Hettinger, ND and Lela Mae Englehart, Bison, SD; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be on Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm at the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Lemmon and on Saturday from 10:00 to 1:00 pm at the American Lutheran Church in Bison.
