Born Jan 23, 1926 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Hazel E Newcomer Bloom. She was a lifelong member of Salem Reformed Church. She loved to garden. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George V Williams Jr; two sisters, Rosalie Bloom and Barbara Rowe; a brother, William Bloom; and stepdaughter, Barbara Meacomes. Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug 20, 2011 at 11 am at Salem Reformed Church. The Rev Steve Wagoner will officiate.
