West and friend Jamie Sumner both of Buffalo and a special friend: Larry Baldwin. Mrs. West was predeceased by four sisters: Frances Burgess, Peggy Moore, Ella Mae Dallas and Margaret Willard; two brothers: Earl Kingsmore and Bobby Kingsmore. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at New Hope Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Johnny Burgess. Burial will follow at Sulpher Springs Baptist Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Reuben Morris, Jeffery Morris, Leon Davis, Jr., James Floyd Willard, Larry LeMaster, Dennis Gault, Jr., David Varner, Jr. and Nicholas Davis. The following are asked to assembly at the church at 2:45 Wednesday to form the honorary escort: Charles Ivey, Jimmy Ivey, Kenny Ivey, Alvin Ivey and Dennis Johnson. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to New Hope Building Fund, 308 Linersville Rd. Buffalo, SC. 29321. The family is at the home of her son: Lynn West, 3326 Mt. Lebanon Rd. Buffalo, SC and at the home of her sister Edna Davis, 135 Forest Meadow Ave. Buffalo, SC. 29321.
