Description	:	Beverly L. "Bev" Streeter, 79, of Cabool, MO., formerly of Elm Creek, NE., died Monday, March 1, 2010, at St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield, MO. Bev was born Nov. 3, 1930, in Minatare, NE., to Floyd and Edith (Bamrick) Wilder. In 1951, she married Chet Streeter. Read More	Beverly L. "Bev" Streeter, 79, of Cabool, MO., formerly of Elm Creek, NE., died Monday, March 1, 2010, at St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield, MO. Bev was born Nov. 3, 1930, in Minatare, NE., to Floyd and Edith (Bamrick) Wilder. In 1951, she married Chet Streeter. Survivors are: son, Steven Streeter and his wife, Judy, of Tavares, Fla.; daughter, Cherryle Pitt and her husband, Phil, of Cabool; sister, Darlene Allen and her husband, Don, of Overton; brothers, Edwin Wilder of Franklin, Neb., Don Wilder and his wife, Joann, of Kearney, Neb., and Jack Wilder and his wife, Joyce, of Holdrege, Neb.; grandchildren, Tracy Pitt and his wife, Danielle, Tera Stertz and her husband, Kevin, and Dawn Daniels; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Bev graduated from Overton High School in 1948. Bev worked in many aspects of food service. She also worked in the cafeteria at Eaton Corp. and later in the plant, from which she retired in 1994. In 1998, she moved to Cabool to be closer to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bev enjoyed cooking, sewing quilts and reading. Her favorite pastimes were spending time with her family, especially watching her great-grandchildren play their numerous sports. She loved the country life and enjoyed watching the animals in the pasture. She was a breast cancer survivor and participated in the Relay For Life during the past five years when she was able. Bev was preceded in death by: parents; brother, Jim Wilder in 2000; and grandson, Travis Pitt in 1993. Burial of cremains was in the Elm Creek Catholic Cemetery, Elm Creek, NE.
