Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Timothy Hogan officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Chicoine was born Dec. 8, 1929, in Twigg Township, Ill., the daughter of Leslie and Carrie (Bridwell) Foster. She was a resident of Sioux City for the majority of her life. She graduated from Central High School. She married Richard R. Chicoine on June 1, 1963, in Sioux City. She was a clerk with the Law Enforcement Center for several years. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and playing cards. She loved being with her family, especially playing with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Richard; two daughters and their husbands, Rebecca and Marty Twohig of Sergeant Bluff and their children, Brandon, Trevor and Kari, and Janet and Matthew Zidle of Gorham, Maine and their child, William; and a brother and his wife, Joe and Carol Foster of Sioux City. She was preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers will be Rick Foster, Tim Foster, John Dailey, Marty Twohig, Brandon Chicoine, Matthew Zidle and Trevor Twohig. Grandaughter Janet Chicoine Zidle
