Description	:	Billy Joe "B.J." McKellar, age 19, of Russellville, Arkansas died Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at Madrid, Kentucky from injuries in an automobile accident. He was born December 1, 1982 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Neta (Kendrick) and Clarence McKellar. B.J. was a 2001 graduate of Russellville High School where he "lettered" his senior year in foorball. His teammates called him "Killer." He was a member of Crow Mountain Baptist Church where he was a member of the youth group, played on the church softball team, was active in the vacation bible school, and was a counselor at the church camp.... He was born December 1, 1982 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Neta (Kendrick) and Clarence McKellar. B.J. was a 2001 graduate of Russellville High School where he "lettered" his senior year in foorball. His teammates called him "Killer." He was a member of Crow Mountain Baptist Church where he was a member of the youth group, played on the church softball team, was active in the vacation bible school, and was a counselor at the church camp. "B.J. scheduled all his personal activites around his church functions," said his parents. Survivors include his mother and step father, Neta and Mitch Cheatham of Russellville; his father and step mother, Clarence "Cowboy" and Susie McKellar of Russellville; two brothers and one sister in law, Tim and Samantha McKellar of Russellville, Charles Cheatham of Russellville; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; his maternal grandparents, Dub and Joan Williams of Russellville; his paternal grandparent, Sally Jane McKellar of Tennessee; his step paternal grandparents, John and Pat Cheatham of Russellville; step grandmother, Jean Cheatham of Russellville; great step grandmother, Mable Cheatham of Bristow, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by two aunts, Deborah Jane Kendrick and Teresa Diane Williams; two grandfathers, Charles Wayne Kendrick and Clarence G. McKellar. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Wednesday at the Crow Mountain Baptist Church with Rev. Don Rose, Brad Cheatham, and Coach Holt officiating. Pallbearers will be Darrell Wallace, Christopher King, Jerrell White, Ryan Henderson, John Harris, Joel Wyles, Keith Knotts, and John David Knotts. Honorary pallbearers include employees of Kroger, Crow Mountain Baptist Church Youth Group and softball team, his former teammates of the 2001 Russellville High School Cyclones Football team.
