Description	:	Billy LeRoy Albrandt, Sr., 56,of Sterling, died Tuesday, June 22, 1993, at Sterling. Visitation and viewing will be until 8 p.m. today at Chancy- Walters Funeral Home's chapel. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Chancy-Walters with Hugh Wilson officiating. Memorial contributions can be made in Mr. Albrandt's memory to the Billy Albrandt Memorial Fund. He grew up in Sterling and attend ed Sterling schools. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1954 and served two years. He married Darlene Lambert Oct. 25, 1956, in Sterling. The couple lived in Sterling where he worked as a welder for various firms in the area. They moved to Norwalk, Calif., in 1962 where Mr. Albrandt worked for Dow Chemical Co. for 10 years, then was self-employed as a welder. The family returned to Sterling in 1975, and Mr. Albrandt plied his trade here until retiring in 1981. He was a member of the World Wide Church of God of Fort Collins, Sterling Elks Lodge No.1336 and the Sterling Boat Club.Mr. Albrandt is survived by his wife, Darlene, of Sterling; mother Rachel Cullip of Sterling; son Billy LeRoy Albrandt Jr. of Sterling; daughters Kim Mathews, Brenda Carrasco and Tina Rodriguez, all of Sterling; sisters Bernice Woodward of Bakersfield,Calif., and Paula Mares of Lakewood, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
