She was preceded in death by sisters Jessie Hebing Arensmeier in 1995, Hazel, and brothers, Clinton, Clyde and Glenn. Blanche is survived by nieces Phyllis (Robert W.) Olsen, of San Francisco, Wilma, Pearl and Thelma; nephews, Lawrence, Leo and Wilburn; grand-nephews Randle and Lindsay and families.
