Description	:	OBITUARY-THE NEBRASKA SIGNAL MAY 12, 1966 Mrs. Blanche Mason of 536 S. 8th Street, Geneva, died at Fillmore County hospital early Sunday evening, May 8, 1966, aged 80 years, 2 months and 28 days. She was born February 10, 1886, on a farm near Geneva, the daughter of Charles and Emma Kelly. December 23, 1906, she was united in marriage with Ira D. Mason. They farmed in the vicinity of Geneva until Mr. Mason's death February 20, 1925. At that time she moved to Geneva, where she resided until her death. She was born February 10, 1886, on a farm near Geneva, the daughter of Charles and Emma Kelly. December 23, 1906, she was united in marriage with Ira D. Mason. They farmed in the vicinity of Geneva until Mr. Mason's death February 20, 1925. At that time she moved to Geneva, where she resided until her death. Mrs. Mason is survived by three children, Mrs. Fern Eaton of Lincoln, Floyd Mason of Exeter and Mrs. Emma Jones of Omaha. Also surviving her, of her immediate family, is Dale Saum of Selina, Kas., whom she reared from the time he was 18 months old; also one sister, Mrs. Emma Chesnut of Lincoln; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and one sister, Mrs. Libby Mason. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ and the V.F.W. Auxillary. Her friends remember her as one who spent her life in helping others. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery.
