Mrs. Perron was born in East Albany on October 23, 1922, a daughter of Morris and Margaret (Mullanay) Locke. She married Roger Perron of Glover on March 23, 1940. "Blanche Mae Perron, 79, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, July 28, 2002, surrounded by family. Mrs. Perron was born in East Albany on October 23, 1922, a daughter of Morris and Margaret (Mullanay) Locke. She married Roger Perron of Glover on March 23, 1940. He predeceased her on November 10, 1990. She and her husband farmed in Glover from the time they married until her husband died. She stayed involved in the family Christmas tree business set up in Newington, Connecticut, until she was 70 years old. She cared for 14 children plus many hired men on the farm. She also worked at Colonial Manor Nursing Home as a cook. She loved going to yard sales and relaxing on the front porch watching her birds. She always enjoyed the kids fishing, four-wheeling, and riding horses. She looked forward to the weekend to see Stanley and Cynthia coming to mow her golf course lawn, and making her flowers grow. She will be missed by all. She gave birth to 14 children. One child, Alfred Perron, predeceased her, and 13 children survive her: Becky Simino and her husband, Richard, of Glover, Lillian Conley and her husband, Royce, of Glover, Cynthia Swett and her husband, Stanley, of Newport, Erward Perron and his wife, Claire, of Barton, Gloria Conley and her husband, Larry, of Glover, Edward Perron and his wife, Donna, of Barton, Theresa Perron and her companion, Larry Janowski, of Glover, Noella Cotnoir and her husband, Donald, of Coventry, Joslyn Perron and her companion, Joe Ouellette, of Glover, Mark Perron and his wife, Becky, of Torrington, Connecticut, Lenwood Perron and his wife, Tami, of Glover, Georgette Rockwell and her husband, Richard, of Barton, and Regina Cole and her husband, Michael, of Weare, New Hampshire; and by 56 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers Roger and Kenneth of Albany; and by sister June (Locke) St. Pierre of St. Albans. She is also survived by many close relatives. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 31, at Glover Community Church at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Michael Caldwell officiating. Interment will take place for immediate family and relatives at Westlook Cemetery in Glover on Saturday, August 3, at 11 a.m."
