Description	:	April 9, 2019 Blanche Boyd Quesenberry, 92, of Indian Valley, Va., went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Dillard M. and Della Ethel Boyd. Blanche and her husband, served the Indian Valley community operating Quesenberry's Texaco from May 1957 to May 1987. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaiah W. Quesenberry; son, Lonnie N. Quesenberry. She is survived by five children, Danny W. Quesenberry (Shelby), Donnie M. Quesenberry (Sarah), Toney B. Quesenberry (Fiancée- Bonnie Skelton), Janet Q. Sanders (Allen), Kathy Q. Wright (Steve); 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren;... Quesenberry. She is survived by five children, Danny W. Quesenberry (Shelby), Donnie M. Quesenberry (Sarah), Toney B. Quesenberry (Fiancée- Bonnie Skelton), Janet Q. Sanders (Allen), Kathy Q. Wright (Steve); 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; special friends, Doug, Shirley, and David Phillips. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday April 12, 2019 at Gardner Funeral Home with the Rev. John Hopkins and the Rev. Ricky Atkins officiating. Interment will follow in Captain George Quesenberry Cemetery. Family will receive friends two hours prior to service time. Flowers are appreciated or donations may be made to Floyd County Fire Department Station #4 or Rescue Squad. The family would like to thank Marjorie Lucas and the staff of Kroontje Health Care Center and Medi Hospice for the care they gave Mrs. Quesenberry. Arrangements by Gardner funeral Home.
