Description	:	Blanche Hines of Newberry died at her home on Sunday, March 7, 2010. She was 92. Mrs. Hines was born to Henry Glover and Cebel Holt Watson, and lived her entire life in Newberry. She loved gardening, quilting, cooking, her pecan trees and her family, and her church family. She was a very active member of Archer Baptist Church. She is survived by daughters Erma Lee Cobb (Wylie) of Newberry and Katie Hadsock (Nat) of Alachua; sons Jimmy Hines (Loynell) of Newberry and Henry Hines (Ronotia) of Alachua; twelve grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and ten great great grandchildren. Mrs. Hines was born to Henry Glover and Cebel Holt Watson, and lived her entire life in Newberry. She loved gardening, quilting, cooking, her pecan trees and her family, and her church family. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Hines, son Glover Hines, brothers Alton and Leonard Watson, and sisters Lillie Mae Leonard and Louise Hunt. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 - 7 pm at the Milam Funeral Home in Newberry. Funeral services will be held at Archer First Baptist Church on Thursday at 2:00 pm, with interment to follow in Jonesville Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Archer First Baptist Church Building Fund, 16870 SW 137th Ave, Archer, FL 32618.
