Description	:	Bob Schofield Bobby Gene Schofield, 62, Shelbina, died Friday, June 28, 2002, at 3:15 p.m. at the Clarence Care Center after a lengthy illness. He was born on March 6, 1940, in Shelbyville, the son of Harold and Katie Ridge Schofield. He married Carol Fern Cluster on August 21, 1964 in Mexico, Mo. She survives. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Betty Killebrew. Mr. Schofield was a Christian minister. While in college, he served in student ministries at Hebron (College Mound) Christian Church, Lentner Christian Church and Berea (Shelbyville) Christian Church. He also ministered at the Novelty Christian Church (1963-69), Lancaster Christian Church (1969-80), Clarence Christian Church (1980-90), LaMonte Christian Church (1990-94). Most recently, Mr. Schofield was a member of the Shelbina Christian Church. Visitation was held at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina on Sunday, June 30. The funeral was conducted at the Shelbina Christian Church, Monday, July 1, at 11:00 a.m. with Jim Bilbro officiating. Burial was in the Shelby Memorial Cemetery in Shelbyville. Throughout his life, Mr. Schofield was involved in many ministries. The family suggests memorials to Central Christian College of the Bible, Moberly; Shelby County Christian Assembly, Clarence; or to the Christian organization on donor's choice.
