A son of John and Verna (Daniels) Stewart, Bobby was born July 3, 1938, in Pottsville, Arkansas. He married Mary A. (Morphis) Stewart, on September 13, 1959, in Pottsville, Arkansas. Bobby is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Stewart; their daughter, Alice A. Stewart of Bryant; their special son, Jim Draper (Tami) of Alexander, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Taylor & Madison Draper of Alexander; a sister, Nina Reed of Charleston, Arkansas; a niece, Cynthia Corley (James) of Charleston; and two nephews, Steve Stewart (Tammy) of Hattieville, Arkansas, and Jason Morphis of Dover, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, J.W. Stewart. Bobby was a true American entrepreneur having started and successfully operated many different business services throughout his working career including window manufacturing, cattle farming, and real estate. He loved to work, cut timber and dabbled for a while in antique cars. He and Mary were members of Crow Mountain Baptist Church of Russellville where they were faithful and active members, deeply engaged in their church and Sunday School classes. Bobby also served as a member of Gideons International. Bobby was a 14-year member of the Arkansas Army National Guard, serving as an active duty member during the Little Rock Central High crisis of 1957. The Stewart family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Kindred Hospice of Russellville and Benton for the incredible support they have provided. Memorials may be made to the building fund of Crow Mountain Baptist Church, 1138 Crow Mountain Road, Russellville, AR 72802; and, Gideons International, P.O. Box 97251, Washington, D.C. 20090-7251.
